CHEMICALLY ETCHED LABELS/SIGNS We produce durable, high end products on a variety of metals that are perfect for indoor and outdoor use. Chemical etching is an ideal process if you require more detail on your plaque/sign than Machine Engraving can offer.
Using customers own artwork or using our in house artwork department we can produce quantities between 1 and 100,000.
We stock the majority of colours and are able to mix in house or purchase from one of our long term suppliers.
The Etching tolerance is between 0.1-0.2mm, for a deeper depth we would suggest the label/sign be Machine Engraved.
Our maximum etching size is 600mm x 1200mm.
Products can be produced with holes or backed with 3m or Duplo self-adhesive backing.
Material thickness between 0.1mm - 3mm.
